Cancellation Policy

1. General Guidelines

  • Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel trips at any time prior to dispatch.

  • No-Show: Failure to board at the scheduled pick-up without prior notice will be considered a “No-Show” and will be fully charged.

2. Cancellation Fees

3. No-Show Policy

  • Cancellation less than 4 hours before pick-up, or failure to appear without notice, will result in no refund and full charge applied.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (card, net banking, or wallet).

  • Processing timeframe: up to 7 business days after approval.

5. Amendments & Rescheduling

  • Customers may request changes (e.g., date/time, pick-up point, vehicle type) at least 8 hours before the scheduled pick-up, subject to availability.

  • Amendments within 8 hours of pick-up time will not be accepted.

6. Exceptional Circumstances (Force Majeure)

  • Cancellations due to events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions) will be reviewed case by case.

  • Customers may be offered rescheduling or partial refunds, depending on feasibility.

7. Communication & Process

  • Cancellation or amendment requests must be made in writing, via:

8. Policy Updates

  • Apple Drop Taxi reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website or app.
